By accessing xlaxyronsvyx.world or commissioning our clothing decoration services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our website or use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Xlaxyronsvyx.

Services

Xlaxyronsvyx provides bespoke clothing decoration and upcycling services including:

• Hand embroidery and custom embellishment work
• Beading, sequin, and crystal application
• Fabric painting and artistic decoration
• Patchwork, appliqué, and textile reconstruction
• Garment restoration and vintage enhancement
• Accessory decoration and customization

All services are provided subject to availability, material sourcing, and acceptance of project proposals. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.

Service Terms

Consultations

Initial consultations are complimentary and do not obligate either party to proceed with a project. Detailed quotes will be provided following consultation and design development.

Project Acceptance

Acceptance of a project creates a binding agreement. We will provide a written quote detailing services, materials, timeline, and costs. Your approval of this quote constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Payment

A deposit of 50% is required before work commences. The remaining balance is due upon project completion before garment return. We accept bank transfers and major credit cards. Late payments may incur additional charges.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing clean garments in suitable condition for decoration
• Disclosing any fabric sensitivities, previous alterations, or special care requirements
• Providing accurate measurements and detailed specifications
• Reviewing and approving design proposals before work begins
• Collecting completed items within 30 days of notification
• Following provided care instructions to maintain decoration quality

Timelines

Estimated completion times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to material availability, design complexity, unforeseen technical challenges, or circumstances beyond our control. We will communicate any significant delays promptly and work to minimize impact on your timeline.

Liability

We exercise reasonable care in handling your garments. However, we cannot be held liable for:

• Pre-existing damage, wear, or structural weaknesses in garments
• Fabric reactions to decoration materials that could not be reasonably anticipated
• Natural color variations in threads, beads, or other materials
• Minor variations from design proposals due to the handmade nature of artisan work
• Damage occurring after garment return due to improper care

Our liability is limited to the value of services provided for the specific project. We recommend appropriate insurance for high-value items.

Intellectual Property

Original designs created by Xlaxyronsvyx remain our intellectual property. Clients receive the physical decorated garment but not the rights to reproduce the design commercially or commission reproductions from other parties. We reserve the right to photograph completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made in writing to office@xlaxyronsvyx.world. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. For detailed information about cancellations and refunds, please see our Return Policy.

Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission
• Transmit harmful code, malware, or disruptive technologies
• Engage in any activity that interferes with website functionality

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. We will attempt to resolve disputes amicably before pursuing legal action.

Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Material changes will be communicated to active clients. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
